Obituary of George William Robertson, Jr.

George W. Robertson, Jr., 83, of Bradenton passed away June 24, 2013. He was born in Nashville, TN on Jan. 30, 1930, and moved here from Nashville 50 years ago. He was a carpenter by trade. Preceded in death by his son; Ricky Lee Robertson, and daughter; Mary Jo Robertson Hurt. Survivors include sons; George Robertson of Only, TN, David Robertson of Sherman, TX, brother; Rick Jones of Pensacola, FL, sisters; Ruby Uhles of Nashville, TN, Betty Straughn of Bradenton, FL, Gloria Long of Bradenton, FL, 2 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Wed., June 26, from 6-8 PM. Service will be Thur., June 27, 10 AM, at Griffith-Cline Funeral Home, 720 Manatee Ave. W., Bradenton, FL 34205.
