Obituary of Gladys Merle Rhodes

Gladys Merle Rhodes, 91, of Donalsonville, GA, passed away December 11, 2021. Born Nov. 21, 1930 in Blakely, GA, she moved to FL in 1950 and after retiring from Wachovia Bank she returned to Georgia in 2005. She is survived by her sister Lois Jean Riley, 5 children; Barbara (Jim) Young, Jackie Sosville, Ann (Curt) Mahoney, Mike (Violet) Chambers and Brenda (Andy) Jaehing, 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Griffith-Cline Funeral Home, 720 Manatee Ave. W. Bradenton, FL on Friday, December 17 from 1-1:30 PM with a Funeral Service following at 1:30 PM. Burial will follow at Skyway Memorial Gardens in Palmetto, Fl. Condolences may be given at Griffith-Cline.com.
