Obituary of Marilyn E Trevethan

It is with great sadness that the family of Marilyn Elizabeth Trevethan announces her passing on March 4, 2022. She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Harold and Blanche Lubitz. She was preceded in death by her husband John, son Scott, and favorite son-in-law Steven Schuldt. A well known face in Anna Maria Island Real Estate, Marilyn loved making people’s island dreams come true and did so well into her 80’s. She was a bright ray of sunshine who brought joy to everyone she met. She was and will always be an inspiration for her kindness, generosity and gentle spirit. Marilyn is survived by her sister Barbara, two loving daughters, Allyson and Donnalyn; three grandchildren, Kimberly Schuldt, Karly Messimer (Jeremy), and Trevor Schuldt (Tasia), two great grandchildren, Ethan and Elliot Messimer, and nephews, Mark and Gary. The family will strive to honor the memory of this generous, loving, wonderful woman. A special thanks to the compassionate staff at Westminster Health Center. At her request, a gathering to celebrate her life will be a private family affair. Condolences may be made to info@griffithcline.com In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to local animal shelters or food banks.
