Elizabeth "Betty" Hoosack, 99, died August 29, 2013 in Bradenton, Florida. She was born in Auburn, NY. She is formerly from Hicksville, NY and Bradenton, FL. She graduated from Eastman School of Dental Hygiene and was employed as a Hygienist in Garden City, NY. She served as President of the PTA at East Street School in Hicksville, NY. She was a volunteer at Freedom Care in Bradenton, FL. Predeceased by her loving husband, Vincent J. Hoosack Sr. and son, Richard Steven. She is survived by her sons, David Hoosack and wife, Carole, Vincent Hoosack Jr. and wife Nancy, and daughters, Elizabeth Hoosack Cines and husband Sandy (deceased), Eileen Hoosack Cerulli and Mary Margaret (Peggy) Hoosack. Survived by 4 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren. The family requests Memorial Donations in Memory of Elizabeth Hoosack be made to Tidewell Hospice, 5955 Rand Boulevard, Sarasota, FL 34238.
