Lorn R. Douglas, 73, of Parrish, FL, passed away November 19, 2013. He was born in Aide, MO on Friday, October 4, 1940 to Marvin Douglas and Mary Genieva (Gillespie) Douglas. He is survived by his wife Carolyn of 35 years, daughters; Betsy Douglas, Becky Winsor, Brenda Purinton, Shannon Montgomery, and Shelby Haley, brothers; Ron (Shirley), Paul (Mary), sisters; Jane Swearengin (J.R.), Glenna Chafin (Bill), 15 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Visitation is Monday, November 25 at 10:00 am, held at Parrish Baptist Church, 12125 71st St E, Parrish, FL, 34219 and service will follow visitation at 11:00 am.
