I used to baby sit for Toby and Jean's children in Palmetto to when I was in High School. I was also a cousin to the family. Toby would always greet me by saying " Hello Cuz"! He worked hard for the high school when his kids were there and after they had graduated. He also was a fine mayor and representative of our home town. "Good job, cuz"

We knew Toby as a great supporter of Palmetto High School and the community. I'm sure he will be missed by his family and many friends. God bless, Dr. Charles Johnston and Elaine Berry-Johnston

My sincere condolences to the Holland family. I have many good memories of Toby but the one that stands out is when he flew me and a couple of my paralegal colleagues to Jacksonville for a paralegal conference. He wouldn’t let us pay for the rental car, his room and only $100 towards the gas for the plane for the weekend. This was back in the 1980s. I have other instances where his generously came through. God has a good one!
